It was Saturday afternoon and I was sitting at home and watching a movie. Just then, I got a call from someone by the name Neil who was an insurance advisor and was trying to convince me to buy life insurance policy. I told him that I have already invested in a lot of life insurance companies and now I do not have enough money to invest. However, I told him to call up my friend Nigel who wanted to insure his wife. I gave him Nigel's cell phone number and in return he thanked me. In the evening, I received a call from Nigel where he told me about the policy which was explained to him by Neil. He also suggested me to buy life insurance policy for my father who at present does not have any insurance cover. I gave it a thought and found that I should speak about this with my father as I do not mind paying the premiums for my father. In the evening, I spoke with my father who said that he was also looking to get himself covered by buying a life insurance policy from a company which will charge lesser premium and give maximum cover. After 2 days, I once again got a call from Neil who asked me if I am looking to buy life insurance for my father and I told him that I am indeed looking for one but not sure what kind of plans I can get for him. He wanted to meet me to discuss more about it and we fixed an appointment for Thursday.

On Thursday, I went to his office which was located at a big commercial complex and had many people working for them. I also saw people who came there to buy life insurance policies. Just then I got a call from Neil who wanted to check if I had reached the office. I told him that I am at his office and am waiting for him. He told me to wait for couple of minutes at the reception and have a cup of coffee. After some time, I saw Neil coming towards the reception and greeted me with a smile. He took me to his office where he showed me a power point presentation of the plan I was looking for my father. I was pretty happy with the premium rates and the cover they are providing to my father and immediately gave him a cheque for the first year's premium and took the policy for my father. I totally understand the importance of life insurance and how necessary it is for a person to remain insured.
